I wasn't expecting to have so many replies on my recent videos about Richard Dawkins and atheism.
Atheism is the belief that there is no god. It is a belief just like many other beliefs and that belief is based on faith. Atheists cannot prove the non-existence of God. They have faith that there is no soul or spirit that can exist apart from the body. Most atheists develop their beliefs (or lack thereof) into a religion that absolves them from any responsibility towards a creator and that promotes treating humans no different from animals. Theists use history, ancient scriptures, first hand testimony (the documented teachings of Jesus the Christ), frequent miracles (divine interventions) and inner experience to reinforce their belief in God. Nature itself is sufficent proof for the existence of God. Atheists use scienctific theory, ridicule, (scoffing), condescension and hatred to reinforce their belief in Darwinism, natural selection and the creation of something from nothing.
