Wade Supreme Court decision that had legalized abortion, before the Dobbs decision almost two years ago struck that down, leaving each state the power to make its own abortion laws. Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), a negotiator on U.S. border security, says a deal between Republicans and Democrats is "largely done”, although how to spend the money is still being worked out. Any such agreement on border security is expected to be added to president Biden's request for aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. White House spokesperson John Kirby getting more questions about President Biden's view on whether Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has fully ruled out supporting an independent Palestinian state.
