They share the address, they are the only Julie and John Kelly in Orland Park IL, and the voting rolls reflect them voting, but now how they voted. What it does show is over $142,000 in donations over 19 years that are all democrats (outside of Bush/Cheney and Elise Stefanik).

Each line of the search results will allow you to access the FEC Schedule A-P (Form 3P) receipts for contributions to a campaign. There are 3 blocks on the Itemized Receipt - and each block A, B, C represents a different and likely unrelated contribution. For example, the presence of "ActBlue" next to Julie's "Biden for President" contribution is not related - nor is the other Julie Kelly in Virginia.
