Trata-se, claro, de um erro absurdo que deveria ser anulado - e o seria se a estrada fosse privada, já que consumidores tendem a fugir de uma estrada que dá multas absurdas. Mas como o administrador da estrada é o estado, e ele está sempre certo, a resposta que a motorista recebeu do Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem ao reclamar do absurdo é que o órgão parasitário 'não encontrou erro na notificação'.
