When you hear your recruiter make promises to “travel the world!” or “learn incredibly useful skills!” it often doesn’t shake out that way — unless you become a U.S. Navy Diver. Joey is a retired U.S. Navy Diver Senior Enlisted Advisor who has facilitated and conducted training for foreign counterparts across 16 countries, among many other things in his diving career.
