More interesting information about Gobekli Tepe. They DON'T want this site excavated.
Gobleki Tepe was not being allowed to be excavated any longer and a Turkish company now owns the rights to the excavation and is instead making it a tourist destination. You’d think that people would be more upset about the oldest man made set of structures in the world not being researched or even excavated any further. It seems that there are many questions there still and a lot of answers could be hidden within those excavations.
