,1,Writing in the Washington Examiner, Timothy R. Carney says in part, "Biden has made it clear that he doesn't merely disagree with pro-lifers but that he hates us and wants to sic the federal government on us." Carney also points to the federal charges Biden's Department of Justice brought against pro-lifer Mark Houck. He was charged with blocking access to an abortion business, even though he actually was responding to provocation from a pro-abortion activist who had shoved his son and mocked "pedophile priests." He also notes that several Republicans have said they cannot in good faith vote for Donald Trump if he is the party's nominee in 2024. Senior Columnist with the Washington Examiner and fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, Carney, joins to tell us more about that and whether he wrote this piece at least partly for them. Carney explains what the root is for the targeting of pro-lifers and where he sees this going. He shares what the reaction has been for his column. Carney recently wrote a piece titled 'Freedom's Just Another Word for Lonely and Drunk.' It examines pro-abortion women who say they are happy to be without children. Carney fills us in on this story and why he chose that title.

,1,Now that Republicans have taken over control of the House beginning with the new Congress in January, parts of the GOP's Commitment to America calls for investigations. Today, House Republicans announced they are opening a probe to determine the extent of President Joe Biden's involvement in his son, Hunter's business dealings. Republicans on the House Oversight and Reform Committee, lead by Congressman James Comer, say they've already gathered incriminating evidence of wire fraud, money laundering and even tax evasion, crimes they say were not just committed by Hunter Biden but President Joe Biden himself, when he served as Vice President of the United States. Citing Justice Department whistle blowers, Congressman Comer alleges that President Biden may be compromised due to his involvement in overseas business dealings along his son Hunter. Republicans vow Americans need to know the truth. Meanwhile, there was a major announcement by self professed Catholic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, "I will not seek reelection to Democratic leadership in the next Congress. For me, the hour has come for a new generation to lead the Democratic Caucus that I so deeply respect." Capitol Hill Correspondent, Erik Rosales reports.

,1,Earlier this week, a federal court ordered the Department of Health and Human Services to release additional information about its purchases of organs harvested from aborted babies to be used to create "humanized mice" for HIV research. The ruling follows an initial 2019 lawsuit filed by the advocacy group Judicial Watch after its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was not adequately addressed by HHS. President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton, joins to discuss the case further. As mentioned, Judicial Watch originally filed a FOIA request in 2018. One of the things they asked for, at the time, was all documentation and contracts between the FDA and Advanced Biosciences Resources (ABR). Fitton tells us about the relationship between the two, what they found and what information was ordered to be released. The government apparently demanded that the organs of aborted babies be "fresh and never frozen." Fitton shares more about that comment. In addition to the FDA, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) also bought aborted baby parts from ABR. Fitton gives his insight on where ABR got those aborted baby parts from. He also shares his thoughts on the confirmation of Xavier Becerra as the new Secretary of Health and Human Services and gives us an update on what else Judicial Watch is working on.

,1,Senior Political Columnist for the Washington Examiner and Resident Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, Tim Carney, joins to discuss tomorrow's Runoff Elections in Georgia. As Joe Biden was able to pull off a win there in the Presidential Election, both parties are now going all out to secure a victory in what was once a solidly Republican state. Carney explains what he is keeping an eye on and what both parties need to do. He also takes a look at the hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign spending that flooded the state and shares his findings with us. The senior political columnist shares his perspective on how he thinks the headline of President Trump's recorded phone call to Georgia's Secretary of State urging him to "find" enough votes to overturn Biden's win in the state's presidential election, will play with voters who have yet to cast their ballots; and he shares his reaction is to the release of the audio file.
