,1,About a little more than a week ago I found this dog walking up the I-35 South expressway here in Austin Texas without a collar or anything. He was extremely dehydrated and was very thankful I stopped and let him into my Jeep with the A/C blasting (considering that day it was 103°F).
I’ve since named him Frank and listed him on several local Facebook pages but I’m beginning to think he was just abandoned. He’s a sweetheart who is very affectionate and just such a good boy so to be honest I’m not at all upset about welcoming such a nice dude into my family!
