A CAUTIONARY TALE About COPYRIGHT Infringement re; Jim Breuer Comedy Special

I re-posted 5 minutes of a 1 hour long Jim Breuer comedy special (link below) "Somebody Had to Say it". AND I got SLAPPED on the wrist by YouTube as Mr. Breuer wanted it removed. I did post a link to it because I wanted EVERYONE to see it! But, I did fix the audio for the 5 minutes I posted.
