Matthew Fray is a relationship coach, blogger and an author.
Matthew's marriage ended because he left a glass next to the sink. Well, not exactly, but near enough. He spent the next few years recovering, reflecting and writing about how a relationship can fall apart without anything catastrophic happening, and also working out how to stop it from happening again.
Expect to learn how even good people can be bad spouses, why men and women aren't speaking the same language in most relationships, why most relationships are initiated by women, why trust is even more important than love, why peace and contentment are better life goals than happiness, and much more...

Do you remember the first time you discovered something you thought you could be passionate about for your whole life? Mike Hennessey, a car enthusiast and collector, shares how he fell in love with cars and his journey from fixing old cars to becoming the Businessman of the Year in Santa Clara.
Now, Mr. Hennessey is extending his passion from car garages to the office. He talks about why he decided to run for city council and what he wants to achieve.
“If everybody that watched your show, any other show, if everybody did a little something—I mean, it could be a $5 thing—we really wouldn’t have a lot of the problems that we do,” said Mr. Hennessey.

The Only Way to Beat Fraud Is to Vote: In Cook County, IL, the 'tough on crime' candidate in the State's Attorney race was winning, until 10,000 mail-in ballots were found. After the 'tougher-on-crime' candidate lead by 10,000 votes in Chicago's Cook County State's Attorney race, 10,000 mail-in ballots were found due to ‘human error.’ Now, the race is separated by only 1% of votes. 'Human error', indeed. This happens time and again. Miraculously, it seems, just enough votes are found to make up the difference and push the once-trailing candidate over the finish line. While this will get you censored and suspended in social media circles, it's obvious some shady things are happening. Remember: it's not who votes that counts, but who counts the votes.
That being said, let's look at some numbers here. In the March 19, 2024 Cook County election, according the numbers reported by the Cook County Clerk, there were 1,600,364 registered voters and 287,147 voters turned out. That's about 17.9% of the entire voter base. Of that 287,147 who voted, 216,076 are Democrat and 69,408 are Republican. There's missed opportunity number one: registering voters and getting out the vote. Republicans have, by and large, written off urban areas as lost causes. Given how disaffected the black community is over immigration, crime, and other leftwing issues, there's the possibility for growth. In the State's Attorney race, there were 205,372 votes cast (less than the 287,147 total). So there are people skipping that race, 82,000 of them to be exact. Another missed opportunity. Imagine if the missing 82,000 people voted and voted for the tough-on-crime candidate.
Would there be fraud? Questionable 'ballots' found? Yes. But there is where the GOP also fails. You know the Democrat party has lawyers at the ready to challenge things on election day. Why don't the Republicans? Where is the ballot harvesting effort? Where is the encouragement of mail-in voting for those who can't get to the polls instead of saying it's a waste of time? In Virginia, the GOP’s get-out-the-vote effort not only broke records but also counteracted the traditional wave of returns from the ultra-blue D.C. Beltway region that seemingly always manages to arrive at the eleventh hour with just enough votes to wipe out the Republican lead. High Republican turnout in the rural areas saw Youngkin match or outperform Trump in every county, something McAuliffe wasn't able to do with Joe Biden's numbers.
And this is why it’s actually IMPERATIVE you go vote. Overcome the margin of fraud. Don’t sit home. Don't just "go" vote. Send in the ballot you get in your mailbox. It helps your party to vote early, so do it. Bank it, get it done, and do not leave anything to chance (like a tropical storm) or "chance" (like a broken voting machine). It can be done. It requires work. Work that Republicans need to be willing to put in at the ballot box and elsewhere.
