In this extended, respectful discussion, Dr Paul Saladino & Dr Ken Berry discuss the Carnivore Diet and whether fruit & honey fit into a carnivore diet. Dr Saladino & I agree that meat/eggs should make up the majority of a Proper Human Diet, but we disagree on a few of the details...

Is there a conspiracy among big-food corporations to get you addicted and keep you addicted to sugar? This video reveals the sugar addiction conspiracy I think is going on right now, and what you can do about it. Where are our Health/Nutrition authorities? Why do some people eat junk and get fat, when other people live on junk food and stay lean? Each of us has a personal fat threshold that dictates where we store fat, and how much. Is that lean friend of yours who lives on high-carb junk-food actually healthy? You will be surprised by the info in this video.
How can an obese person not have diabetes, while their slender friend suffers? the personal fat threshold theory explains it all, and this video will help you understand.

It's not your fault you are a diabetic, but it is your problem. Each day you have to decide what you will eat and what you should avoid, in order to have good blood sugars and a good, healthy life. You would hope the ADA would give you only helpful info and recipes.
Many of the recipes on the ADA's own website will spike your blood sugar, elevate your A1c and lead to the complications of diabetes you are trying to avoid. It's not clear why the ADA seems to recommend high carb choices containing inflammatory ingredients. Hopefully, an ADA rep will reach out and explain this to every diabetic soon...

Very often the hunger pangs/pains you feel are caused by other things besides hunger. Just because you have a hunger pang, or your tummy growls, it doesn't mean you need to eat.
The causes we discuss in this video can trick you into eating when you don't need to. Learn more about Fasting here: http://bit.ly/iFasting101
